This all-levels class blends simple yoga poses, mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation with soulful, thoughtfully curated music*. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with plenty of guidance, modifications, and support along the way.
Tiffany will invite you to explore movement, breath, and your own unique expression of each pose in a welcoming space designed for every body. Class will close with extended stillness, allowing space for deep relaxation, tension release, and nervous system reset.
No experience needed. Come as you are.
