This workshop series connects yoga practices to the rhythm of the lunar cycle. Each session includes a short introduction to the moon phase, a guided meditation, and a structured yoga flow, along with a handout to support your practice beyond the workshop.
We begin with a Half Moon flow at the Last Quarter, reset with grounding Moon Salutations at the New Moon, build momentum through the Ashtanga Standing Sequence at First Quarter, and expand into Sun Salutations at the Full Moon.
