Hot Stone Restorative Yoga is a delicious, deep, profound soothing for body, mind and beyond. It’s a luxurious experience receiving the pampering given in a Hot Stone Restorative Yoga session. As participants rest in restorative yoga postures, hot stones are placed along the body.
