{All levels welcome} If you are looking for a class focused on the meditation around the yoga movement, this is the class for you!  Emphasis on building awareness of the breath, the body, and the mind.  Postures are practiced at a slower pace with attention to breathing into each pose. Your teacher will help you use props and give you modifications to enter and exit postures with ease. The practice will end with a long savasana and meditation.
