{All Levels Welcome} Functional Strength Training uses weights to gently build muscle mass through repetitive movement.  Breath work and movement are also incorporated, helping to lower stress levels.  The class ends with a guided meditation and savasana.

**1-10lb Weights are often used in this class - please bring your own if you have them.  Limited weights are available for use at the studio.
