{All Levels Welcome} The practice starts with fascia work, using Yoga Tune Up Balls (or tennis balls, or foam roller). It is designed to improve the functional properties of the muscular connective tissue, such as tendons, ligaments, joint capsules and muscular envelopes. The practice then moves into core strength, using yoga poses to gently build the abdominal muscles. The practice ends with a nice savasana rest.
