Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.
 
Prenatal yoga can:
*Improve sleep
*Reduce stress and anxiety
*Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
*Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
This class is offered on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.  Please bring a blanket for your practice if you are joining in person.  Please have pillows, bolsters, blankets, or anything that can support you if you are joining on zoom.
