{All levels welcome} Chair yoga is a way to access the many benefits and blessings of asana, breath work, and meditation but with more support for the body. It eliminates the up and down from the floor, yet provides plenty of stretching and strengthening. You will need a straight back chair, no arms. If you will be doing the class on a hard surface floor, put a yoga mat under the chair. If on carpet, you won't need a mat. Yoga blocks are also useful, but not mandatory.  1, 2, and 3 pound weights can be used for the strength portion of the class, along with light bands, but not necessary.  Please bring your own to the studio, if you have them.
