{Some experience helpful} Explore an abbreviated form of the Ashtanga Primary Series in this 75-minute class that is designed to help you explore your mind and body while cultivating flexibility, strength, stamina, and stillness. Ujjayi Pranayama and Drishtis are used to aid in maintaining concentration and focus as you hold each asana (pose) while building internal heat. Students will gradually become more and more familiar with a set sequence and poses will be added over time based on experience level.
