{All Levels Welcome} Functional Strength Training uses weights to gently build muscle mass through repetitive movement.  Breath work and movement are also incorporated, helping to lower stress levels.  The class ends with a guided meditation and savasana.

Bring weights if you have them (1-5 lbs).  Weights also available to borrow at the studio.
