{All levels welcome} Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This class is perfect for a lunch hour stretch.  Gentle Yin poses, held one to three minutes to get the full benefit of deep stretching, bookended with meditation, to help give the mind a break in the middle of your day.
