{All levels welcome} This class is an intentional combination of Gentle & Vinyasa Style (Flow) yoga.  This class utilizes the same components of Gentle yoga while also linking the postures to breath.  This class is a great introduction to Vinyasa style yoga with the intention of incorporating more movement into your practice.
