The student will gently hold poses with the assistance of props for about 5 minutes, like in yin and restorative yoga classes. However, Himalayan singing bowls will be placed on the participant’s body, providing a sound vibration to Massage tension way.
To create space for relaxation using one’s own breath, yoga Asanas (poses), and Sound Vibration and, ultimately, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system to promote rest and bringing the mind and body back into homeostasis.
