This is a fun, new workshop. There are no yoga poses (asanas), only yogic breath work (pranayama), laughter exercises and 1-5 minutes of meditation at the end. (No equipment needed. Just show up!)
Samantha will guide you through a series of gentle movement, creative activities and games designed to generate laughter, a sense of playfulness, tap into the sacral chakra, and connectedness to others.
