{All Levels Welcome} This weekly class is an exploration of the chakras and a flow practice supporting that chakra.  Starting with the root chakra, two weeks will be dedicated to each chakra, completing all seven over 14 weeks. 

Whether you have never heard of the charkas (the body's energy system) or you are an expert, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to give extra time and attention to the body and energy.
